VANDAL Limited Warranty
Vandal Performance — Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
1. Coverage
Vandal Performance ("Vandal") warrants to the original end customer that VANDAL-branded sim racing and motorsport products (each a "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for:
24 months from the date of delivery for Products purchased in the European Union / European Economic Area; or
12 months from the date of delivery everywhere else.
(the "Warranty Period").
For purposes of this Limited Warranty, "Products" include VANDAL-branded sim racing and motorsport hardware, including steering wheels, display units, button boxes, control devices, electronic modules, and other hardware products sold by Vandal.
Cables, quick-release adapters, mounting hardware, and other accessories included with or sold for use with a Product are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery, worldwide.
This is a limited manufacturer's warranty and is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions below.
This warranty applies to Products purchased directly from Vandal or from an authorized VANDAL dealer and is provided to the original end customer only. It is not transferable.
The Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery to the original end customer, as shown on valid proof of purchase matching the Product's serial number, but no later than six (6) months after Vandal shipped that Product to the authorized dealer. Where no valid proof of purchase is available, the Warranty Period runs from Vandal's shipment date for that serial number.
2. Motorsport and Race-Use Products
VANDAL motorsport equipment designated by Vandal as race use only is intended solely for closed-course, track, racing, and competition environments.
This race-use-only designation applies only to Products identified by Vandal as race-use-only products and does not apply to VANDAL sim racing products unless expressly stated.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from installation or operation contrary to Vandal's published installation instructions, compatibility requirements, specifications, or operating limitations.
For Products designated as race use only, Vandal does not represent or warrant that the Product is approved, certified, or legal for use on public roads. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the installation and use of the Product.
3. Warranty Remedies
For a valid warranty claim, Vandal will, at its option:
repair the Product;
replace the Product with a new or factory-reconditioned Product or, where the original model is no longer available, with an equivalent product of similar function and value, including a successor model, with equivalency reasonably determined by Vandal; or
refund the purchase price paid, as shown on the proof of purchase.
Repair or replacement does not restart the original Warranty Period. A repaired or replaced Product will remain covered for the longer of:
the remainder of the original Warranty Period; or
90 days from the date the repaired or replacement Product is delivered.
For valid warranty claims, Vandal will cover parts, labor, and return shipping to the customer.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
damage resulting from a crash, collision, impact, racing incident, accident, abuse, misuse, or other external cause;
for Products designated as race use only, damage arising from use on public roads or otherwise outside the Product's stated intended use;
liquid ingress, excessive heat, contamination, moisture, or environmental exposure beyond the Product's published specifications;
damage or malfunction caused by modification, disassembly, unauthorized repair, or use of non-approved components where that action caused or contributed to the claimed issue;
damage or malfunction caused by installation, configuration, wiring, or operation contrary to Vandal's published instructions, specifications, compatibility requirements, or operating limitations;
damage caused by incorrect voltage, polarity, electrical connection, power supply, wiring, grounding, or other external electrical equipment;
damage caused by incompatible third-party hardware, software, firmware, controllers, hubs, power supplies, vehicle electronics, simulation equipment, or other external equipment;
normal wear of consumable or wear surfaces, including grip materials, paddles, buttons, labels, printed or marked surfaces, and other components subject to normal wear through use;
scratches, discoloration, finish wear, fading, or other cosmetic deterioration that does not materially affect Product functionality;
damage caused by improper storage, transportation, handling, maintenance, or installation;
Products not purchased from Vandal or an authorized VANDAL dealer; or
Products with a serial number or other identifying information that has been removed, altered, defaced, or rendered unreadable.
Modification, disassembly, third-party repair, or the use of non-approved components does not by itself void this Limited Warranty. Coverage may be denied where Vandal reasonably determines that the modification, disassembly, repair, component, or resulting condition caused or contributed to the claimed defect or damage.
This Limited Warranty excludes counterfeit products, as reasonably determined by Vandal. A product identified as counterfeit will not be eligible for warranty service and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact:
warranty@vandalperformance.com
Please provide:
proof of purchase;
the Product serial number, including a photograph of the serial number on the Product where applicable;
a description of the issue; and
photographs, video, diagnostic information, or other supporting information where reasonably available and relevant to diagnosing the issue.
Registering your Product at vandalperformance.com using its serial number and purchase date is optional but may speed up warranty service. Where Vandal has sufficient registration and purchase records for a registered Product, Vandal may not require separate proof of purchase at the time of the claim.
Vandal will normally respond within 5 business days with troubleshooting instructions, requests for additional information, or a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). Products must not be returned to Vandal without an RMA.
The customer may be responsible for shipping the Product to Vandal for evaluation. If Vandal determines that the claim is covered by this Limited Warranty, Vandal will cover the cost of parts, labor, and return shipping to the customer and will reimburse reasonable, documented shipping costs incurred by the customer to send the Product for evaluation.
Vandal may inspect and test the Product before providing a remedy and may use available Product diagnostic information and event logs, including operating hours, fault records, firmware information, electrical events, and other relevant diagnostic data, in evaluating a claim.
Refunds are issued only after the Product has been received and inspected by Vandal.
If, after inspection, Vandal reasonably determines that the claim is not covered by this Limited Warranty, the customer may choose a paid repair, where available, or the return of the Product at the customer's expense.
A claim based on false, altered, or materially misleading information may be denied, and Vandal may refuse further claims under this Limited Warranty for the Product concerned. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict, replace, or limit, any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the consumer protection laws applicable to you.
Where applicable law provides greater, additional, or longer-lasting consumer protection than this Limited Warranty, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
European Union consumers: Consumers in the European Union have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract. Those statutory rights are generally enforceable against the seller and are separate from this voluntary manufacturer's warranty. Where Vandal is the seller, your statutory rights against Vandal remain unaffected by this Limited Warranty.
United Kingdom consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, and consumers may have remedies against the seller for up to six years in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland and five years in Scotland. Those statutory rights are separate from, and unaffected by, this Limited Warranty.
7. United States
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vandal will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
8. Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided by this Limited Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. General
This Limited Warranty applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is prohibited, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
